Sunday Dinner - Pulled Pork & Cole Slaw Sandwiches with Baked Garlic Fries

Tonight's dinner was brought to you by two amazing recipes from Tasty Kitchen.  I followed both pretty much to a "T" but added chives and paprika to the fries as well.

We loved both recipes!  The pork (I used a 3 lb tenderloin) pulled right apart and practically cooked itself.  Next time, I'm going to add some cayenne and garlic to the pork (we like garlic and spicy!) and maybe some cumin to the fries.

I promise one day I'll take legitimate food photos.. for now I'm stuck using my inferior cell phone because I just moved and my camera and SD are missing.. oops?
